What kind of prints do you use?

We specialize in DTF (Direct to Film) printing. This modern technology allows for incredibly high-detail designs, vibrant colors, and a durable finish that won't crack or peel like traditional screen printing.

What kind of shirts do you print on?

We use premium 100% cotton or Cotton/Polyester blends, depending on the specific garment. We choose our "blanks" based on their ability to hold detail and their comfort for daily wear.

What sizes do you offer?

Inclusivity is part of our Kuleana. We offer a full range of sizes from Small to 5XL in most of our core apparel styles. Please check the Size Guide on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I send you my own design for a custom shirt?

Yes! That is our specialty. Whether it's for an event, a ministry, or a personal brand, we can bring your vision to life. Please visit our Custom Orders page [Link] to start the process.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the print, we will make it right immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How should I wash my 'Kuleana gear?

To keep your DTF prints looking fresh:

  1. Turn the garment inside out.

  2. Machine wash cold.

  3. Hang dry is highly recommended or tumble dry on low heat.

  4. Do not iron directly on the design.

At 'Kuleana Lab, we don't believe in "fast fashion." We believe in Print with Purpose. Every single item is made-to-order specifically for you in our lab. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards while reducing waste.

Production Timelines

  • 'Kuleana Branded Designs: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and processed before shipping.

  • Custom Designs: Because custom work requires specific setup and precision, please allow 7–10 business days for production. We want to ensure your vision is perfect before it leaves the Lab.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after production).

  • Priority Shipping (1–3 business days after production).

  • You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is scanned in by the carrier.
